Victor and Mary Osolinsky started a family owned and operated business in 1973 as a way of diversifying the family farm. The business was then passed to the next generation, David, Karen and their sons. Today as the second generation of Osolinsky's operate the business the tradition of high quality products with the truly homemade taste continues to satisfy customers. |
The business is located 2.5 km east of Wakaw along highway #41, on the Osolinsky farm. The facility is provincially inspected and all the meats used are government inspected and graded. Osolinsky Meats provides a variety of cooked, ready to eat products that are naturally smoked and contain no fillers or M.S.G. The business also does custom processing of wild meat for hunters. |
